Wholesale Overview
Sunburst Swimwear partners with select retailers who share our passion for quality, design, and modern swimwear fashion. Our wholesale program is built to support boutiques, global retailers, and multi-location stores with premium products and strong brand value.
Ordering & Minimums
Opening Order MOQ: 18 units per style
Preferred opening order: 400 units total
Reorders: minimum 4 units per size per SKU
Minimum reorder value varies by retailer type
Orders confirmed with 50% deposit
Sunburst reserves the right to accept or decline orders at its discretion.
Pricing & Markup
Retail partners must maintain a minimum 2.8x MSRP markup.
Wholesale pricing is confidential and may be updated with notice to maintain consistency across markets.
Payment Terms
Standard orders: 50% deposit required
Custom / first-time / exclusive orders: 75% deposit required
Remaining balance due before shipment
Accepted payments: Bank transfer, ACH, credit card
Net-30 terms available for approved accounts only
Late payments may delay or cancel future orders.
Production & Lead Times
Standard production time: 8–10 weeks
Timelines vary based on season and complexity
Delays may occur due to supply chain or logistics
Sunburst is not liable for external delays
Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship FOB from warehouse
Retailers are responsible for shipping, duties, and taxes
Risk transfers upon shipment
Tracking provided at dispatch
Returns, Damages & Claims
Claims must be submitted within 7 days
Manufacturing defects only accepted
No returns for misuse, wear, or customer preference
Approved claims may receive replacement or credit
Cancellations & Changes
Deposits are non-refundable once production begins
Changes must be requested in writing
Orders in production cannot be canceled
Changes may affect pricing or timelines
Sell-Through Policy
Retailers may only sell through approved channels.

Walmart Marketplace
Unauthorized resale platforms
Branding or product modification is strictly prohibited.
Brand Protection
All branding, images, and intellectual property belong to Sunburst Swimwear.
Retailers may only use approved assets for selling authorized products.
Product Care Responsibility
Retailers must communicate correct product care instructions to customers.
Sunburst is not responsible for damage after sale.
Force Majeure
Sunburst is not liable for delays caused by events beyond control including:
natural disasters, pandemics, supply issues, or government actions.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Florida, USA. All disputes will be handled in Florida courts.
