Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through our carrier's website.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to offer this service in the near future.

Shipping Restrictions

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. Territories at this time.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team at [email] or [phone number]. Be sure to include your order number and tracking information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Sunburst Beach Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues with the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Return to Sender

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
